Shanti at Jivana Villas is truly the ideal getaway for a family beach holiday. Situated on a long stretch of secluded beach overlooking the Andaman Sea, Jivana Villas are unique in that they are one of the very few truly beach fronted villas available in Phuket for private rental. Located in Phang Nga, 25 minutes drive north of Phuket airport on the unspoiled Natai Beach, Shanti enjoys 6,400 square meters of land with 60 to 90 meters beach frontage that gives a true sense of space and tranquility enhanced by the stunning uncluttered garden. Shanti is laid out with 3 individual pavilions with a pool and ocean views. Designed with an overall contemporary Thai style, a fourth pavilion hosts the kitchen and staff quarters. When walking in through the entrance gate, the waterfall and its basin are the first hint of the peacefulness one will find in this private home. On either side of the entrance courtyard is the family room, complete with a flat plasma screen, DVD player and surround system, a library and game table and, opposite, is the well equipped and large kitchen. A reverse osmosis water filtration tap has been installed for clean fresh drinking water at all times. The central focus of the house is the great room, the large open plan living/dining pavilion. Its glass doors slide into pocket walls to maximize the indoor /outdoor feeling of the room. It opens onto a large covered deck with views of the lap pool, garden and ocean. The great room sits in between two other pavilions which each host three double bedroom. All the terraces look onto the expansive lawn and untouched coconut groves. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor garden and two have outside black granite bathtubs. Wireless internet is also available throughout the villa. The double decadence of the 25 meter split level infinity pools which overflows into a shallow pool ideal for children is the main appeal in the garden, completed with day beds and comfortable sun lounges. At one end of the pool is an outdoor covered dining Sala seating 12 people. A favorite to all guests is the sunset Sala by the beach which is also used for massage, yoga, sundowners or simply an afternoon siesta.

• Rates Policies
  • Rates are quoted on a per villa basis and for the maximum number of guests (including children) as specified above
  • Extra beds are not available
  • Daily rates are exclusive of taxes and service charges
  • Airport transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% tax applicable)
  • Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private minibus or luxury car).
• Weddings and Private Parties Policies
  • For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, specific charges apply - please ask our Villa Specialist
  • A refundable guarantee deposit of US$1,500 is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
  • A cleaning fee of up to US$350 will be charged on site to the guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
  • The above charges are applicable per function for a duration of 24hrs (ie consecutive parties over several days will be eligible for multiple premium charges)
  • This villa can only accommodate a limited number of guests
• Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions
  • Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
  • Late check-out until 3 pm as a free service only if no incoming guests are arriving on the same day
  • If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether guaranteed before arrival or when decided on site
  • If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
  • All early check-ins are at no extra cost, upon availability
