Acacia - Offering three bedrooms, Villa Acacia is designed around a central tropical garden area. At the rear of the garden is a pavilion with two twin bedrooms, each with a stylishly bathroom, while next to them is a well-equipped private gym. The central tropical garden separates the double bedroom from the large pavilion which houses the modern kitchen, dining room seating 10, lounge room and media room with overhead projector and drop down screen. To the front is a blue-tiled swimming pool set amid lawns. Featuring 22m of pristine beach frontage.

Bougainvillea - A true private tropical haven, the three-bedroom Villa Bougainvillea has as its focal point a colorful tropical garden complete with ornamental pond. Either side of the garden are two pavilions, the one on the right is L-shaped and houses one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms as well as indoor and outdoor showers. In the pavilion to the left are fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. A third pavilion to the rear had been retained by the owner and remains closed. To the front of the property is a lawn, while running from the garden right into the villa is a blue-tiled swimming pool. Featuring 14 m of absolute beach frontage.

Champak - Entering the 5-bedroom Villa Champak brings you into a world where the contemporary and the traditional blend seamlessly. Three pavilions form a courtyard around an exquisite pool that guides the eye towards views of the sea and the island of Koh Phangan. To the rear is a large family bedroom comprising of a double and two twin beds, while a doubled bedroom and the master suite are in the pavilion to the right of the pool. In the pavilion opposite a fully fitted kitchen leads in to the open-plan dining and living room. Teak furniture and polished wood floors are featured throughout. All bedrooms encompass an outdoor shower. Featuring 25 m of absolute beach frontage.

Frangipani - Different again in style, the five-bedroom Villa Frangipani has a long and sleek design running down to the ocean's edge. In the central area is the swimming pool faced at the top end by a relaxing second lounge room. The pavilion to the right of the pool contains three bedrooms, while the two other bedrooms are to the rear of the opposite pavilion and look on to a patio. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. To the front of the villa on the left, a fully fitted kitchen, the main dining and living areas overlook the pool, while a second dining room offers expansive ocean and pool views. Featuring 27 m of absolute beach frontage.

Villa Gardenia - Cleverly designed with three pavilions, two to the left of the swimming pool and one on the right-hand side, Villa Gardenia offers five bedrooms. On the right are the master suite, which commands ocean views, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms overlooking the pool. Two additional bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, are discreetly located to the rear of the pavilion on the left and face the garden area. Completing the property are a fully fitted kitchen and dining area located next to a separate pavilion with a lounge area furnished in contemporary style and looking out on to the pool. Featuring 27 m of absolute beach frontage.

Hibiscus - The four-bedroom Villa Hibiscus is approached via imposing, almost medieval gates that open on to a stone courtyard leading to a landscaped garden area. To the left is an L-shaped swimming pool flanked by the central pavilion, which contains a fully fitted kitchen along with living and dining areas that overlook the pool. On the opposite side of the property are two pavilions next to each other, one with two bedrooms and the other with a third bedroom and the master suite, the latter commanding stunning ocean views. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Both pool and ocean views can be enjoyed from the outdoor sala (gazebo). Featuring 37 m of absolute beach frontage.

Lotus - Of imposing size, the five-bedroom Villa Lotus comprises three pavilions set around an L-shaped pool complete with elephant statues. In the pavilion to the left are fully equipped kitchen and an additional spacious outdoor dining area and lounge. The pavilion to the rear has two storeys with a games room and an en-suite bedroom with twin beds on the ground floor, and on the upper level a double bedroom that opens on to a balcony. Next to this are two further twin bedrooms with en suite facilities and a gym which includes a sauna room. Finally, a huge master suite, complete with Jacuzzi and a private office, occupies the whole of the third pavilion, which runs along the right side of the pool. Featuring 39 m of absolute beach frontage.

Waterlily - The central feature of the five bedroom Villa Waterlily is an inviting L-shaped pool and entertaining sala (gazebo). Laid out around the pool are relaxing walkways and terraces landscaped with flowering tropical shrubs. Two bedrooms are located to the rear of the pool and a further three in the pavilion to the left. Spacious living and dining areas, together with a fully fitted kitchen are in the pavilion to the right of the pool. As with all the villas, quality fixtures and fittings, as well as a lavish use of natural materials in harmony with the setting, are hallmarks of the property.
