Baan Tao Talay is a more traditionally furnished villa, with the emphasis on using natural materials and combining them with the modern day luxuries to complete the ultimate tropical island lifestyle.

Ornate gates and landscaped gardens lead through to the entrance of this villa. To the left of the dining area is the surprisingly modern looking kitchen, this villa has identified the areas where western appliances and designs are a must and incorporated them seamlessly into the property. White units house chrome appliances and a flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall.

Following the water feature from the dining area takes you out onto a large terrace and landscaped area. To the left is the final bedroom suite, with double bed, blue accessories and similar furniture as in the other bedrooms. A walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and inner garden with exotic plants and an outdoor shower complete the room.

The lounge looks onto the immaculate garden and out to sea, and to the side is the tempting blue-tiled swimming pool and waterfall feature. An expansive decked area surrounds the pool and provides space for the woven all-weather sun-loungers. At the end of the pool is the sala with kitchen, bathroom and array of garden furniture. Steps lead down to a further garden tier which has a covered decked area where you can sit just above the sand and enjoy the sunsets over the ocean. A private gate also leads onto the beach. The villa is located within sight of the Raja Ferry where locals commute from the island to the mainland. The ferry pier can also be a decent reminder that when you live in these peaceful surroundings, others are travelling in the busy parallel universe.

Additional Information

Rates Policies
• Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above
• Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
• Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax
• Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).
• Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).

Weddings and Private Parties Policies

• For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.5 times the bedding capacity of the villas, the following is applicable:
• The Signature Collection: Premium of US$1,200 (subject to 7% tax)
• The Boutique Villas, all villas at Miskawaan and Baan Tamarind: Premium of US$600 (subject to 7% tax)
• A refundable guarantee deposit is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
• A cleaning fee will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
• The above premium are applicable per function for a duration of 24hrs (ie consecutive parties over several days will be eligible for multiple premium charges
• All villas can only accommodate a limited number of guests, depending on the property
Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions
• Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
• Late check-out until 3 pm as free service only if no incoming guest on the same day
• If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether to guarantee it before arrival or when decided on site
• If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
• All early check-in at no extra cost, only upon availability
