This beachfront luxury villa is set in its own tropical garden, with a magnificent view overlooking the calm waters of the Gulf of Thailand. It is one of the jewels in the crown of Samui Beach Village, an exclusive beachside development situated in the southeast corner of the island of Koh Samui.

Baan Chaai Haat is a four bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate groups or families up to eight people, with extensive outdoor living facilities including a large private pool and sundeck, set in spacious landscaped gardens. The property offers direct access to sandy beaches.

Despite its tranquil location, Baan Chaai Haat is only 35 minutes from Koh Samui Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by your driver who will bring you to the villa, where you will then be greeted by the Villa Manager and experienced staff. Throughout your stay they will be at your service, with just one aim: to ensure you have a relaxing, memorable stay.

The large lounge and living area is the heart of Baan Chaai Haat, with TV entertainment system, dining room and gourmet kitchen. All rooms have been designed with your personal comfort in mind, with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. Windows are interchangeable between glass and mosquito netting to create the ideal ambience at all times.

From the main living area, large patio doors lead to the poolside terrace and a large pool that is ideal both for swimming and as a play pool for children. On either side, terraces and sundecks tempt you with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing under the tropical sun. There is also a large gas BBQ plus an outdoor dining facility to complete your tropical living experience.

Just a few steps lead from the pool area down to the beach. Far removed from the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are quiet, only visited by occasional tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches and shallow sandy lagoon become an ideal location for kite-surfing.

A 20-minute ride on a traditional Thai longtail boat will take you to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands that are well known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling. Try a safari trek into the rainforest and ride an elephant, or have a private class in your villa's kitchen to learn the secrets of Thai cooking firsthand.
